Venezuelan President Hugo ChÃ¡vez, who was hospitalized from December 10 to Cuba for a fourth operation of cancer, is better, said Tuesday the Minister of Science and Technology Arreaza Jorge, who is also his son. Hugo ChÃ¡vez "getting better day by day, it is increasingly involved in his duties (presidential) day after day," he said in an interview granted to the channel VTV from Cuba. "It gives instructions with more energy than a dynamo," he said after meeting with the father of his wife, who has not appeared in public since his hospitalization in Havana.
